New State Law Will Allow Offenders to Obtain Restricted License to Work

Christopher Nichol Cox, 36, of Huntsville is wanted by the Scott County Sheriff’s Department on several outstanding felony warrants, including sex crimes against children. Cox has refused to turn himself in, and has been on the lam for some time.  He was last seen in Huntsville on Thursday, December 15, 2016.
